Thales: Appointment of Bertrand Delcaire as head of investor relations

Thales (Euronext Paris: HO) announces the appointment of Bertrand Delcaire as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations as of 1 February 2016. He will succeed Jean-Claude Climeau, who will become Vice President, Head of Group Corporate Finance of Thales.

Reporting to Pascal Bouchiat, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thales, Bertrand Delcaire will manage financial communication and relations with investors and financial analysts.

Bertrand Delcaire is a graduate (“ingénieur civil”) of the Ecole des mines de Paris and holds a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is currently Head of Investor Relations at Air France- KLM, which he joined in 2000.
