► Flexotrap and Millog enter partnership in the Nordic and Baltic markets
19 August 2026 – Flexotrap AB and Finnish company Millog Oy have entered into agreements establishing an expanded commercial and operational partnership. Under the partnership, Millog will become a distributor of Flexotrap’s modular bullet trap systems in Finland, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The companies will also cooperate on installation, service, maintenance and lifecycle management.
The partnership strengthens Flexotrap’s presence and delivery capabilities across the Nordic and Baltic markets. Millog will support the sales and distribution of Flexotrap systems, while its technical and operational organisation can also provide installation and support throughout the systems’ lifecycle.
“We are seeing rapidly growing demand for modern and flexible infrastructure for the training of both military and civilian shooters across the Nordic and Baltic region. Meeting that demand requires more than the ability to deliver systems, we also need a strong, customer-focused structure for sales, installation and long-term support. Millog has the expertise, organisation and presence to provide that, and I see significant potential in what we can achieve together,” says Elias Mibesjö, CEO of Flexotrap.
The agreements establish a joint framework for developing new business opportunities across the relevant markets. The distribution arrangement is non-exclusive and covers Flexotrap’s products, aftermarket parts and spare parts. Installation, service and lifecycle assignments will be handled separately on a project-by-project basis.

The partnership enables Flexotrap to combine its own product and systems expertise with Millog’s local sales organisation and capabilities in installation, maintenance and lifecycle management.
