► Patria has completed the acquisition of ILIAS Solutions
Patria announced on 29 January 2025 the acquisition of Belgium-based digital defence platform provider ILIAS Solutions. The required authority approval process of the acquisition has now been concluded. The acquisition price is not disclosed by the parties.

Patria OPTIME will be powered by ILIAS, as the ILIAS Solutions software suite will digitally strengthen Patria’s OPTIME service concept, providing best-practice life-cycle management process support and state-of-the-art analytics capability.

The business will be transferred to Patria on 1 September 2025. As both ILIAS Solutions as a company and the ILIAS software suite are renowned and distinguished brands in their respective market areas, they will continue to operate under their own names. ILIAS Solutions has offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, the US, Denmark, and Australia.
