Purpose-built for urban and semi-urban deployment, this vehicle serves a range of critical applications: it acts as an autonomous patrol unit for law enforcement, an intelligent observer for event security, and a rapid-response asset for crisis management in public spaces. Its core role is to enhance situational awareness, deter crime, and provide live, actionable intelligence to authorities, dramatically reducing response times while increasing operational efficiency.
The Space42 is equipped with a powerful blend of artificial intelligence and real-time perception systems, capable of identifying individuals, vehicles, and suspicious activities through high-definition cameras, LiDAR sensors, and AI-powered analytics. Whenever deployed, it operates under the control of a central command or as part of an autonomous fleet, making use of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) connectivity to interact with city infrastructure and other patrol units. Its endurance is a key advantage: the all-electric powertrain allows 15 hours of continuous operation at speeds of 50 km/h or more, and the platform can be rapidly adapted to mission requirements, such as deploying surveillance drones or switching to logistics mode.
Internally, the Space42 leverages edge computing, using advanced NVIDIA processors to run mission-critical AI locally and is fully integrated with the Sovereign Mobility Cloud, linking real-time data from the vehicle to smart city networks and digital twin systems across the UAE. This enables an unprecedented degree of precision mapping, data sharing, and incident prediction, supporting both routine patrols and high-stakes operations at events like the Dubai Airshow.
