LIMA ‘19

The Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA ’19) in Malaysia will opens its doors tomorrow and will last until March 30th.

This 15th edition will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister as well as the Ministers of Defense and Transport, the two ministries responsible for the organisation together with EN Projects (M) Sdu Bhd. The organisers announced 406 exhibiting companies in both aviation and naval activities, 206 of them local and 200 international, from 32 different countries, as well as 12 national pavilions.

Over 100 civil and military airplanes and helicopters form the static display on the Airport tarmac, some of them taking also part in the flight demonstration. The naval part of the show takes place in Resorts World Langkawi (RWL), where over 100 ship, warships as well as Police and Customs naval assets form the static display. Here too a dynamic demonstration being organised in which some of the abovementioned naval assets will take part.
