CNIM Systèmes Industriels relies on highly qualified engineers and on a world-class industrial tool, including large-scale and high-precision machining.
CNIM Systèmes Industriels is a French industrial equipment supplier and contractor with an international dimension and operates in three main areas: defence, nuclear power and industry.
With this acquisition, Groupe REEL strengthens itself in these areas by developing synergies with the other entities of the group, while preserving the ident i t y and skills of CNIM Systèmes Industriels.
CNIM Systèmes Industriels suffered in the past from financial difficulties.
