Bertin Technologies, subsidiary of CNIM Group, in exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Exensor

June 27th, 2017 – Bertin Technologies announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the shareholders of the Swedish company Exensor for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital.
The transaction, which is expected to be closed in the third quarter of 2017, is contingent upon the signing of final agreements after consulting the employee representative bodies of Bertin Technologies.
