India-Africa Defence Ministers’ conclave
Day 1 of Defexpo 2020 was marked by the 1st India-Africa Defence Ministers’ conclave, which saw the gathering of 14 defence ministers from African countries. The meeting led to what is now known as the Luknow Declaration, an 18 bullets document aiming at further improving cooperation between New Delhi and the African countries.
