Nexter unveils Nexter Arrowtech, its new ammunition brand
02/11/2021 – Nexter unveils the new name of its ammunition brand with the aim of consolidating its position against the competition and consolidating its position as the European leader in ammunition.
In 2014, Nexter acquired the Belgian and Italian companies Mecar and Simmel Difesa to develop the group’s munitions activities alongside Nexter Munitions. This major operation made it possible, on the one hand, to enrich the range of products across all munitions segments (artillery, tanks, medium-caliber, naval, infantry and mortars) and, on the other hand, to expand the international footprint of the group. This acquisition also contributed to the consolidation of the European munitions industry.
