Silent Sentinel Inc. to provide multi-sensor platforms to a US Government agency
St Petersburg, FL, 10th May 2023 – Silent Sentinel Inc., the surveillance system and threat detection specialist based in the United States, and Hertfordshire UK, has been awarded a multi-million-dollar contract to provide over 50 multi-sensor platforms to a federal law enforcement agency.
The contract will see Silent Sentinel Inc. deliver the systems as part of an ongoing project, set to be completed by the end of 2023. The high-performance camera systems will provide security to key national infrastructure in Texas, detecting potential threats and deterring unwanted activity to the very highest standards.
As part of the contract, Silent Sentinel Inc. will work alongside a major US-based information technology company, who will act as the systems integrator for the provided platforms, which were chosen by the client for their reliability, accuracy, and modularity.
These platforms will also be equipped with NexOS, an innovative software-defined operating system developed by Silent Sentinel that will power the provided systems, and any additional add-ons, with the primary objective of delivering superior performance, flexibility and sustainability. NexOS has enabled the integration of customer specified third party edge-based video analytics, ensuring a more tailored option to the end user.
The announcement of this new contract comes as Silent Sentinel Inc.’s reputation for excellence continues to grow. The company is committed to providing state-of-the-art systems to its clients, and its newest pan-tilt platform, the Jaeger Mk3, will be displayed at the upcoming Border Security Expo, taking place in El Paso, Texas from 10th to 11th May 2023. At the Expo, Silent Sentinel Inc. will be meeting with industry counterparts, expanding networks, and witnessing the latest industry innovations in surveillance and threat detection.
