Army-2024

The International Military-Technical Forum “Army-2024” was held from August 12 to 14 at the Congress and Exhibition Center located in the Patriot Park near Moscow. This year, the exhibition area of the Forum occupied about 160 thousand square meters, where more than 28,000 military and dual-use products were presented. Under the auspices of the Rosoboronexport company, 242 weapons and military systems destined to export samples where showcased.

Over 1,000 leading Russian enterprises of the defence industry complex and more than 120 foreign companies took part in the Forum. The Forum was attended by 110 official military delegations from 83 countries, with 39 delegations headed by the ministers of defence and chiefs of general staff.

The scientific and business program of the Forum included about 100 events on the development of the Russian armed forces and the defence industry complex. Equipment designed and produced by Belarus, Iran, India and China defence enterprises could be seen in National pavilions and individual stands. This year the Ministry of Defence changed the format of the Army Forum, concentrating it on the special military operation in Ukraine. Free attendance and all events in military districts, at the Kubinka airfield and the Alabino military range were cancelled.
