Saha Expo 2026 – Survival of the fittest: ForaGRUP’s battlefield medical kits
When the stakes are at their highest on the front lines, the speed and reliability of your medical gear can be the difference between a tragedy and a success story. At this year’s Saha Expo, ForaGRUP is showcasing their latest innovations in tactical medicine, demonstrating that saving lives in the field requires both precision engineering and rugged durability
The Arrow IFAK: Your Personal Guardian
The Arrow IFAK is designed for individual soldiers who need critical trauma gear instantly accessible. Engineered for the chaos of modern combat, the bag is constructed from 500 Dtex Cordura fabric, ensuring it remains waterproof and resilient against the toughest environmental conditions. Weighing only 140 grams when empty, it minimizes the load without sacrificing capacity.
The design prioritizes efficiency with a 180° opening system, allowing for rapid deployment of contents. It features a universal MOLLE system on both the front and back for versatile attachment, a dedicated nameplate, and an integrated rubber retention system that keeps vital equipment from falling out during high-intensity movement. Inside, the kit is packed with essentials, including a C-A-T tourniquet, nitrile gloves, a Hyfin vent, QuikClot combat gauze, a 28 FR nasal airway, a chest decompression needle, an eye shield, and S-rolled gauze.

Medium Level Medical Bag: forging ahead together
For missions requiring broader medical support, ForaGRUP’s Medium Level Medical Bag is built to handle the demands of treating four to eight people. Measuring 33 cm x 23 cm x 13 cm, this bag is a comprehensive solution for squad-level care in the field. The kit is meticulously curated with a high volume of medical supplies, ensuring teams are prepared for moderate casualties when immediate evacuation may be delayed.
The contents of this medium-level system provide extensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities. The load includes ten FR19 units, five 10×10 cm burn dressings, 10 chest wound closure tapes, three pairs of tactical scissors, five 4-inch limb bandages, five chest decompression needles, five haemostatic bandages, five nasal airways, and 10 pairs of nitrile gloves. To manage ongoing care, the kit is also equipped with five 2.5×250 cm medical silk patches, five 7.5×7.5 cm sterile gas compresses, two Fora splints, five elastic bandages, five eye pads, five thermal covers, three 6-inch trauma bandages, and five units of vacuum gas compress.
